Terms and Conditions Use of the 1xbe Platform

01 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 1xbe — an online entertainment and casino platform operating under a valid international licence. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 1xbe ("Company", "we", or "Platform").

03 Account Registration and Identity Verification

04 Fund Deposits and Withdrawals

• The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction.

06 Game Rules and Fairness

• Game results displayed on screen are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during an active game, 1xbe reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wagered funds.
• The use of automation software, bots, artificial intelligence systems or any unauthorised method to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• Players found to be using collusion strategies, arbitrage or any form of cheating may be subject to account closure and forfeiture of wins.

07 Accepted Player Conduct

All 1xbe members are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy and responsibility while using the platform, particularly in live casino sessions involving human hosts and other players. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using abusive, insulting, threatening or harassing language towards casino hosts, support staff or other players.
• Posting racist, discriminatory or offensive content in the platform's chat spaces.

• Attempting to access another player's account or the platform's internal systems without authorisation.

08 Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your 1xbe account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, please ensure all account balances have been withdrawn, as any remaining balance will be processed in accordance with our standard procedures.

1xbe also reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account, with or without prior notice, in the following situations:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failed identity verification or inaccurate registration information.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering or system abuse.
• Request from a competent authority.
• Abuse of bonus or promotional programmes.
• Multiple account ownership.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of Terms, 1xbe reserves the right to withhold any balance and winnings in the account subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.

09 Liability Limits and Disclaimer

The 1xbe platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from technical errors, network disruptions or circumstances beyond our control.

• 1xbe is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, technical failures or processing delays caused by third parties.
